I had every intention of writing a great review and giving this product 5 stars then it failed after a month. One of the cool things about the blue driver is its "live" feature allowing you to see whats going on with your vehicle in real time. that means you can leave it plugged in your OBDI port all the time. But, one day i was driving normally and my truck started running rough and dropping cylinders. I thought it was a fuel problem. I found a safe place to park and attempted to read the codes and live feed from the blue driver and it was not lighting up or connecting by blue tooth to my I Phone. I text for support and got an immediate response. They wanted me to try it on another vehicle, of course that was not another option at the time. So, I unplugged it and then the truck ran as normal, hmmm, still not convinced it was not fuel I plugged it back in and my truck ran rough again. So out it came and I called support. They said it must have shorted out and offered to replace it that it was a 1 in 100,000 occurrence. Not wanting to take another chance I opted to send it back for a refund. Remember your OBDI port is a computer connection to your vehicle, not only allowing you to read your codes but you (with the right equipment) can program your vehicles computer. Having something sorted plugged in can kill it. Having a "fail safe" that disconnected it in the event of a failure would avoid this. Loved it till it failed, great customer service, 1/100,000 chance it could cause issues in your vehicles computer...hmmm
