Waste of money! I was looking for a low carb and calorie coffee creamer and I love both coconut and almond milk so I gave these a try. They are a bit pricey but I figured it was worth it because I love my morning coffee. They arrived yesterday in a big Manila envelope and were frozen solid. I was very disappointed because I wanted to try them right away. I let them defrost overnight and ready to go this morning. I made my coffee, shook it up, measured out a serving of the original and noticed it was separated and had a curdled appearance. I put that serving back and shook it for a good 3 minutes ( because who doesn't want a mini workout making their coffee) and measured it out again, still gritty looking. It took three servings to change the color of my coffee and after stirring really well this is what it looks like. The flavor is meh, Like skim milk with a subtle hint of coconut water and the texture is down right terrible.
