If I could give them zero stars for customer service, I would. There is none. I can't evaluate the product because there is no explanation of how it works. I can't get it hooked up to wi-fi and neither can my IT neighbor. I downloaded the app, but it is zero help. I guess this product is supposed to detect water and connect with the company via my home wi-fi....who will alert me media the app? Good concept, I guess, if anything worked. E.G, it states "no connection" to internet, then flashes purple....which is supposed to mean it's downloading updates. How? And the app can't find it in "add device".....no matter what color it is flashing. Impossible to get a real person and web help is useless. Returning.
