So far, the scanning is a joke. Took a chance to try something other than HP and so far I couldn't be more unhappy. Out of the box, scanning to a PC (Wirelessly) results in a PDF that needs an Asian font download from Adobe to work. Try sending your client a PDF and see how they like seeing an error opening it. We resolved this with an more than an hour of technical support from Epson which instructed me to download additional software (Some Event Manager) and tweeking settings. So to use this thing, every PC we use to scan to from the printer console needs 2 software downloads and tweeking. To make things worse, when a PC wakes from sleep, the printer doesn't recognize it. Reboot everything and you are back in business. Then the constant paper jams when trying to scan multiple documents from the feeder and I am ready to take this $399 piece of hardware and make a dent in my floor. The only reason I replaced my 20th HP is poor driver and software support but at least their all-in-ones cost $300 or less and give me a few years before the software is useless. This POS is bad out of the box. Will be seeking a refund but am just as content to use this as artificial reef material. BTW my favorite question from support was "does it print okay?"
