I bought three of these nice looking bird feeders because the hummers in our area don’t like to share. The birds like them but unfortunately, they have a manufacturing flaw resulting in a weak spot where the top joins the body of the glass jar. When the first one snapped off I thought I had done something wrong, water too hot or bumped it; but when the second one did the same thing even with careful handling, I could see that they were just poorly made and very weak at that joint Now the third one, still in one piece is showing cracks and is unusable. To cap it off the company, Life and Home AKA More Birds; hides behind their 30 day limit on returns in spite of the fact that, based on numerous similar complaints, they are selling a defective product.
