Horrible product and EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Over a year ago we purchased this item and 9 months later, the inside ceramic pot cracked and leaked so much that the outer heating component was trashed. I filed a complaint directly with the manufacturer, “Crock Pot”. They confirmed that it was faulty and that they would send me a new complete replacement unit. It is now 4 months later and I have yet to receive my replacement. Email after email and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHAME ON THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!!!
