It was easy to set up (took less than 15 Mins) and was surprisingly sturdy. Customer service has been good to work with- i will update my review if that changes for any reason. Good entry level treadmill. Update- customer service was great....until I notified them that the speed sensor was broken on this piece of junk right out of of the box. They said they would email me instructions so I could fix it myself since apparently buying a treadmill makes me a treadmill repairman too. When I expressed that this was not acceptable that I should not have to attempt to fix something brand new, the agent became very rude. Ultimately, I returned it and Advenor proceeded to SPAM my inbox every single day and call me EVERY SINGLE DAY, even on Christmas, leaving messages stating they would pay me if I would change my 1 star rating to a 5 star one. Take a look at their ratings and see for yourself, that this is NOT an honest company. They are selling garbage products and then harassing their customers to produce false ratings for them. I cannot express this enough- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HIGHLY UNETHICAL COMPANY! Save your money and invest in an established or well researched brand instead. I am appalled at this company and their broken equipment that they sell for hundreds of dollars.
