My Casper Sleep Element Queen Mattress arrived in the usual Casper box a few days ago. When I took the mattress out of the box and plastic covers I noticed the side of the mattress did NOT look like the mattress depicted on the Amazon website: no vertical blue label (“Casper”) and no word “ELEMENT” in blue along the side of the mattress, each as depicted on the Amazon site. Nor was there ANY other label on the mattress indicating the maker (CASPER) or style (ELEMENT)! The shipping BOX did indicate Casper and Element. I called both Amazon and Casper and neither respondent could offer any knowledgeable explanation beyond speculation or was willing to investigate further and get back with corporate assurances that the mattress shipped to me was in fact what I purchased and why the mattress depicted on the website looked different from the one shipped to me and wasn’t labeled Casper and Element. What’s up?
