Their eye cream is a complete waste of money
It only got 1 star because I couldn't give it less. Their eye cream is a complete waste of money. Not only does it not work, it made the bags look more noticeable! Also there return policy includes a 9% return fee! So you pay shipping both ways plus 9%!!!!!
