I bought this based on the good reviews. However, this product pulled out an absurd amount of hair. I thought maybe I was trying too much hair at a time so decreased the amount, made sure I followed the instructions and it still pulled out hairs. The hair it left behind was straight, so it would have been a good product if it didnt catch and pull out my hair!
