I've been building PCs since the 80286 days. I've used just about all the main manufacturers. I rarely have to use a warranty but when I do, I expect it to be there. Cooler Master wasn't there. I saved for each piece of this build over 5 months. I got everything installed in the case and began testing. One 200mm fan in the front wouldn't light up. I checked each and every connection, moved to different ports on the hub, and even tried a 140mm fan in place of the 200mm fan. Everything worked like a charm. My conclusion is a damaged 200mm fan. There is no damage evident on the wiring. I contacted Cooler Master about this and provided every piece of information they requested. The last thing they asked of me was a picture of the break in the wire. Huh? I inspected it and can't see any breaks. I responded that whatever component was at fault, I cannot see the fault. I haven't ever heard back from them. I am outside the Amazon warranty so I'm left with a case I'm not going to use now. Thanks, Cooler Master. You've made me happy I replaced your case with a Phanteks.
