I had a unique opportunity to figure out whether or not this product works. We have a home out in the country where we visit every couple of weeks. We have little visitors (mice) which leave their droppings underneath the kitchen sink. Usually after a week, there are a dozen droppings. So I bought this Heavy Duty Sonic PestChaser in July. It simply didn't work. Droppings surrounded the device. So I've never had any difficulty returning ANY item from Amazon before. I rarely have to, but when I have, there have never been restrictions other than to pay shipping. Found out that THIS particular item has a no return policy in one month. Obviously this is there because most of the time, it takes time to determine whether or not this works. So they essentially have no risk. To be honest, I wasn't going to bother with writing a review...but seeing how they kind of trick the buyer...I'm writing one. Don't buy this. It doesn't work.
