I just opened my third purchase of this product to find all of the strips are now a full 1” shorter than my prior purchases. Just to double check I found another package in the same order contains strips that are also smaller by an inch. That’s 64 Inches LESS than my original two purchases, with the price staying the same. That equates to almost 13 of the original 5” strips LESS (or almost half an original sized package). A call to customer service assured me first, that the shorter (and thinner) strips work just as well as the longer and thicker ones. A second representative informed me that they only have one size. They can’t keep their story straight. For those of you making a purchase for the first time, these strips started out at just over 5 inches long and were noticeably thicker. Even at that, they are not cheap. They just lost a customer who was promoting this product to friends and family. No more.
