Others have said what a great product this is. I ordered it for my daughter for her first birthday. Unfortunately my daughter will never know how “cute” or “great” the product is. Here is the deal: I opened the boxes to find a thick white dusty film on all of the parts. I figured ok it got dirty we will sanitize it. Then my wife handed me a bag of the hardware and inside the bag was some kind of crazy oriental millipede that was about 6 inches long moving about. I opened the doors to the cabinet to find two more of the bugs mating. I looked into the tray to find three more bugs. I then looked into the box to find a whole infestation of these bugs. Look I am a biologist and I have never seen anything like these creatures in the United States. Then on the back of one of the panels we found a large amount or what appeared to be dried blood as if a worker cut themselves and bled all over the product. That was it back in the boxes and back they went. In today’s world almost every toy is made in China, as a parent make no mistake, they (the Chinese) do not give a rip what they send your kids to play with. I will never buy and thing from Step2 again. If they don’t care about my kid’s health, then I don’t care about their need to make a profit. Filthy, Filthy, Filthy company, they should be ashamed!!!
