I don't know if this product will be providing the declared benefits as I've only been using it for a week. However, the use directions are ridiculous: serving size 2 SCOOPS (6g); suggested direction for use 1 SCOOP. NO SCOOP provided. My biggest issue is that the product (very fine powder) is virtually impossible to dissolve in a glass of water and consuming the undissolved clumps is very unsatisfactory - they taste like dirt.
