Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This item is apparently for the drawers only. The listing is compleltely deceiving and no where does it say "drawers only" or "does not include the bed". Amazon customer service either does not care or cant listen properly when you try to explain this, because in their "system" is says drawers only. Its strange to me that their agents cant see what we see, which is a listing for a bed. Amazon I expected better.
