Even though this microphone has Anti-Vibration Shock Mount, Four Polar Patterns, Pop Filter and Gain Control, almost most of them are not practical. 1-It has Anti-Vibration Shock Mount, but it is not good enough to absorb even a simple table shock, and you have to buy and install a better one, which is not possible! 2-It has four polar patterns, but your mic should be as close to your mouth as possible all the time ( for all four patterns) because the mic is not sensitive enough. 3-It has pop filter, but it is not good enough to act like a real ordinary pop filter, and you have to buy a separate pop filter. 4-It has a gain control; even though it seems very smooth, actually, it is very loose, and not sensitive enough to give you a good gain control. More over, because of its looseness, it may ruin your recording by any accidental hand movement. 5-This microphone has a large mute button, at first glance seems positive, but it is very sensitive, and all of a sudden, may goes to mute by accident! 6- The build quality is like a plastic piece 7-I returned , and ordered a Blue Yeti X. Unbelievable, comparing to Blue Yeti X, HyperX QuadCast is like a joke!
