II am a disabled Veteran on a limited income and am unhappy with the pedometer I purchased from you. I needed this device for the physical therapy of "walking" after Major Lumbar Surgery I had on October 8th. I thought that I would have a valuable resource to keep track of my steps per day. I had already calculated the mileage which equaled the steps I took. I could watch my progress as I healed. I put the pedometer on around my neck and tried keeping it in my pocket, I counted how many steps I took and when I checked the pedometer much to my dismay it showed 30 steps when I only took 20. I tested the pedometer many times and the count on the device was so much higher than my count. One one occasion just putting the pedometer which was on zero around my neck gave me a 14 step count for this action. I have yet to replace this pedometer for one which works. I have used several brands of pedometers over the years and was quite excited when I read the reviews and information online about your brand. Now I am one unhappy walker. Cody Tellene Henrichs
