Good flavor and sweet just wish it didn't have Caseinate in it! Product Update: This has CORN SYRUP SOLIDS in it! My husband is diabetic and recently switched to plant base diet. He does good on it no insulin needed UNTIL he tried the so called sugar free coffeemate. It has CORN SYRUP SOLIDS in it and it DOES raise his sugar-to the point he had to get back on insulin! DIABETICS beware stay away from this stuff!
