I was really disappointed with this robot mop. It had only just been launched and had no reviews but I decided to give it a go anyway. I've had a Samsung robot vacuum for years and love it so figured they must have got this right too. No such luck. First of all it is very small so won't cover much area in the 50 minute clean (it only holds enough water for 50 minutes at a time). If your house is 800-1000 sq ft you'll probably be ok, bigger than that it just isn't useful. It also isn't very intuitive, it mopped a part of my dining area, then went off and did a bit of the lounge and then did a bit of the kitchen before running out of time. Also it didn't notice my area rug, spent a while pushing the edge up (which has curled the edge of my rug) and then got onto the rug - not good! Final bit of disappointment, it crashed into all of my kitchen cabinets, the robot vacuum doesn't do this, so I didn't expect the mop to either. If you're hoping to mop a small room with no rugs or cabinets I'd say this mop could be good. It did seem to do a good clean of the parts it managed to do. However I'm returning it, I'm just not satisfied. Maybe I'll come back in a couple of years when they have advanced a bit. There is one positive - it is very quiet (except for the sound of it hitting the cabinets).
