I tried TRU NIAGEN after researching the anti-aging benefits of Nicotinamide Riboside. I tried the product twice, each time for a week. The first time... I took the product as suggested for 2-3 days and then started having diarrhea and an upset stomach regularly. The side-effects were constant each day until I decided to stop using the product after the 5-6th day due to growing concerns that I was experiencing side-effects. I'm not one to typically have digestive issues nor allergies to food so I decided to wait a month before trying it again. Unfortunately, I had the exact same symptoms as the first time. I immediately stopped using it and the symptoms cleared up almost instantly. I'm convinced that the side-effects are form the product and that it needs to be pulled from the market as it is not suitable for daily consumption.
