UPDATE 5/24/21: Wyze never replied, and I ended up returning them. A friend got the same pair about a week ago, and although the reboot issue takes longer to happen, it still is a dealbreaker. The mic is still worse than the Vankyo set I got for a third of the price. Wyze ticket still open months later These will simply never be good enough for work calls, or really any call. Support is suspect at best. -ORIGINAL REVIEW- I have to start this by saying that I am a MASSIVE FAN of Wyze products. The Wyze Scale has given me the motivation to lose a ton of weight, the Band is an excellent fitness tracker, and their cameras are 5-stars at any price. These sound incredible, look gorgeous, and I was immediately impressed with the quality. However, issues with these headphones makes them impossible to recommend, and the lack of any response from Wyze to my support ticket means I'll likely be returning them soon. Pros: -The best noise cancelling under $100 -Solid build quality -Phenomenal range (I walked a block from my house before I realized my phone was still at home. Best I've ever seen) -Sound mixing options in app are GREAT! -Slick gesture control -Very comfortable -Fast charging and endless battery Cons: -Constantly restart when used as a headset -Microphone is still too quiet after the latest update that was supposed to fix it -Wyze support has not acknowledged my support ticket after nearly a week of waiting These sounds so good that I'm almost tempted to keep them, but not being able to even take a phone call for a few minutes without them restarting and the poor microphone voice quality are deal-breakers. If Wyze support had provided a timely reply, they would be 4 stars on the noise cancelling ALONE. If they do answer, I will absolutely update and add some stars. Right now I can't recommend these because there's no evidence Wyze plans to provide any support for them going forward
