I've read about 75% of the book. It's largely an advertisement for medical gadgets, subscriptions and procedures offered by companies that Tony Robbins has a financial interest or his friends. It's informative but not much can be actioned by people without a fair amount of money. He constantly advises the reader to consult medical professionals. Problem is that most doctors are not even remotely aware of the high tech, specialized medicine that he presents.
