Wrong, wrong, wrong. This book contains many incorrect information about Korean history, letter system, old clothing, culture, and other things. The author was not sensitive, or intentionally biased. At least, not respectful enough to run small research before writing this book. Description on Korean history are very troublesome. 'Over the next thousand years, rulers came and went', it described incorrectly. And all the illustration in historical part are Chinese clothes. It mentioned Korean 'adapted Chinese letters back then' but never mentioned about Hangul, Korean letter that is invented in 1443. It's very bad touch to mention 'Sea of Japan', the sea that is called 'East Sea' by Korean, that is very sensitive issue to Koreans. I felt insulted when I read this book to my son (I'm Korean). So upset and disappointed.
