I have mixed feelings about how to review this product. I received this bed in a box that was in a pretty bad condition, and when I opened it, there was a huge hole in the footboard part. I've called Zinus 4 or 5 times over the last 2 weeks or so, to see how this can be resolved. Not only has no one ever answered the phone(I called during their listed operating hours, of course), but they also didn't return my call at the number I left in the voicemail. The thing is, I didn't want to replace the whole bed, as I need it. And also to their credit, except for the giant whole that mine was shipped with, the bed has been absolutely fine...good even. I would say if you get a good version of this bed, it's very worth the money. However, if there's something wrong, and you need support, you can expect to feel like you've wasted your money.
