I ordered three of these. Two for my wife and one for me. My wife is the only one of us that has used it yet but it kept saying on her iPhone that the device was not compatible. After about a week of this the lightning cable tab end broke off inside of her iPhone. Luckily she was able to get it out. She's going to use one of the spare ones I ordered but I am leery about using the cable being unable to get to a repair center if it breaks off inside of my phone. The advertising on Facebook really touted the enhanced durability of this cable but only a week of light use ended ours. And the incompatibility issue was a letdown also.
