This is strictly a portable Bluetooth receiver/transmitter
This is a "portable" Bluetooth receiver/transmitter - not meant to be plugged in 24/7. Nowhere does the description above state it is not to remain plugged in once fully charged (manual page 10). As a portable device this is truly great and worth the money. As a receiver/transmitter connected to permanent stereo gear this flat out fails (which is fine, but for the fact that Anker failed to disclose this fact in their description of this product.
