I was very happy with this until the hinge broke after just a handful of uses, although it was passed the Amazon 30 day return window. I contacted the manufacturer directly because I had used it less than 5 times and I assumed this was a rare defect. I received a complete RUN AROUND!. They sent me to another agency who acts as their customer service who then sent me back to the manufacturer. Frustrating to say the least. In the end someone, somewhere reluctantly took my contact info, and I never heard back from anyone. Chop Wizard does not back up its product and they seem to view it as a easily breakable disposable item you replace frequently. Not good for the environment or the pocketbook.
