I’m really conflicted about this review and rating. I’m obsessed with researching products and chose this monitor system confidently based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews from multiple sources. But... I just can no longer ignore the issues as they are numerous... - I’ve had at least 3 monitors. The 2 starts are because the customer service is actually quite good. They’ve trouble shooted and have sent me numerous replacements when their tips failed. But.. 3 monitors. And the current one has a giant black splotch in the middle (see picture.). They don’t hold a charge. The replacements don’t matter. I can also tell this third monitor is going because it won’t always turn on and won’t always turn off (same mechanics - holding the power button down). - my 2 year old camera just stopped working today (hangs on a wall, never touched). For the price I expect this product to last longer than 2 years. - it’s constantly skipping or going out of service. - I hate that you can’t have a split screen between the two cameras. - I hate that the speaker is on the back - it’s nearly silent when you have it face up so you can see the screen. I heard from others that other popular video monitors were terrible and the reviews reflect that.. I am truly flabbergasted by the 4.4 star rating on this one.
