Here's what I wrote back to the maker Giantex, "MACHINE IS NOT 17.6LBS, IT IS 11LBS WASH & 5.5LBS SPINNING CAPACITY. INCLUDE ENGLISH GRAMMAR INSTRUCTION MANUAL! DRAIN TUBE MUST REMAIN TIP UP THE ENTIRE WASH & RINSE CYCLE AS THE DRAIN IS INTERNALLY BROKEN. I AM A CRIPPLED SINGLE MAN ALONE ON A SINGLE INCOME USING 1 ARM AND 1 LEG. IT IS FALSELY ADVERTISED CAPACITY, UNINTELLIGIBLY INSTRUCTIONS, & IS INTERNALLY BROKEN DRAIN. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!" Their broken English reply was that I no read far enough in description and to include photos of the broken drain tube. Ignoring the lack of help the manual was in their reply. First the drainage issue is NOT external. If the drain tube is laying down off of the side with the tip lower than the laundry machine's washer basin, it leaks the water out. In other words, internally the drain closure switch is broken. So nothing pictures taken will show. Secondly the issue is in the title listing. It VERY CLEARLY STATES 17.6LBS then lower states the 11lb/5lb capacity. Since they post the same listing for all their washers, only changing the title line, I figured the title is correct and description is generic. It WAS CLEARLY MADE TO CONFUSE CUSTOMERS AND CAUSE THEIR PRODUCT TO BE NOTICED FIRST AND GAIN MORE SALES.
