I bought 2 several weeks apart. The first one deserved a 5 star rating. My mother thought it was great. In a few weeks she was going to spend the winter with my sister in Florida. So I bought another one and had it shipped directly to Florida. When it arrived my sister unpacked it, discarded the box and waited for me to assemble the walker when I got there. Fast forward. I found out that the caster assembly was for the same side of the walker. One wheel was on the inside of the walker, the other on the outside. When I got back home I tried to get a replacement caster, only to find out that the entire walker had to be returned and then another one would be sent. Problem was that the box the walker was shipped in had already been discarded. I tried to just have the caster assembly replaced. Nope, not able to do so! Wound up taking a caster off of the first one I bought and sent it to Florida.
