The only thing worse than a Kindle is the support "Hell" you are put through if you have an issue. Received the first one, did not work. Spent two chat sessions of almost an hour each being told to turn it off and on then reset to fact default. They finally agreed to send a replacement. That unit also has issue, even worse, could not even get an image on the screen. Went through two levels of support telling me again to turn it off and on wasting another 45 minutes. I offered to send a picture that would have pretty clearly showed what was going on but instead they insist on following a script that does not address any of the issues.
