I'm a father of two small children and needed a durable bag to accomodate the things they need. I looked for bags that could handle sippy cups, bottles, formula, diapers, wipes, extra clothes, toys, coloring books, etc. I decided on the Grey-colored Okkatots bag and felt that it would meet my needs. The bag arrived today and I was struck by a few things: 1) The exterior material is very durable (Great!) 2) There are indeed lots of pockets (Good!) 3) The workmanship is poor and quality control wasn't paying attention (Terrible!) 4) Customer service (which I called immediately) was non-existent (Awful!) My short video review shows three examples of the sub-par workmanship, particularly the stitching. I'm picky about these things because this bag was over $100 (at the time of purchase) and warrants better quality. I do not feel that the bag would last given the number of times I'd use it. I'm disappointed in the bag, will return it immediately, and will not recommend it to my friends. Pros: Durable materials on the shell of the bag Multiple pockets, including 2x outside cup pockets Large, thermo-insulated pocket Cons: The Customer Service phone number (1-888-988-6552 / 1-888-988-OKKA) was busy for hours at a time (I never got an answer) Poor stitching in many places Poor alignment of some pockets, including the one for the DVD Player Single zipper openings (instead of double zippers for added convenience)
