Do not buy. Now I'm stuck with this dispenser and 4 additional filters that are useless because Amazon is telling me they are nonreturnabke. I give them ZERO stars. Pictures are worth a thousand words. The 265 reading was direct from faucet, the 254 was through the filter. That's only 11 points difference. NOT acceptable. This product claims to be 2X better than Brita so consumer beware. I get a much lower reading from bottled spring and filteted water so I'm back to buying bottled water. I feel truly scammed.
