The cuff was used! I hate to return items, so if it worked, I would be ok to use it. The cuff's batteries were already in it upon arrival which should always be sent separately and only got one use before it stopped working. I replaced the batteries several times and it read low battery and would not work. The cuff is defective, and I cannot believe a company would actually send out a used cuff. Unbelievable.
