Double down casino is a rip off. When I first started playng, their payoffs were great and as soon as I started buying chips from them their payoffs dropped to almost nothing. It seem odd that every since they were baught by IGT their casino has gone down hill and you can no longer win anything. I would recommend you never pay for credits on Double Down. They are crooked and contacting them is next to impossible, even through facebook. They need to be investigated. Is there a way to file a complaint on them that anybody knows of?
