This product contains sodium hydroxide which is lye which is used as a chemical hair relaxer. I am transitioning from relaxing my hair because by the way sodium hydroxide is a carcinogen. On this journey I was similarly seeking natural products and very disappointed that a company exclaiming that no parabens phalates etc would have lye in their product, I feel frauded,,,, In the garbage they go
