No complaints about the book selection or online transactions, but the Audible Manager is absolutely awful. As a programmer myself, I'd say this was written by a 15 year old beginner. The Windows "treeview" control is used unsuccessfully. If you create a subfolder say, called "Fiction" (or any other subfolder,) the next download duplicates everything to the root folder thus making subfolders useless so why does it let you make them? I have complained several times with no results. Also, the default Audible Manager view is terrible. It crams the book details to the right (which is not resizable and if you resize the book list panel it is not saved so each time you open, it is back to the default. Also, the manager/ download often "hangs" at the end of the download when it is trying to update the Manager. In short, the Audible Manager is not what I'd expect from Amazon as it appears to have been written by a high school kid.
