Amazon let me down ):
I usually don’t write reviews, but my echo just came in. I’ve already spent an hour on the phone with their support team only to find that nothing on it works. It wasn’t even compatible with my brand new fire TV (seriously amazon??). Sound quality is mediocre at best. Overall very disappointed, and will be sending back after not even a day.
