Used this for the first time today. It works well and the length of the hose is fine for my application. If I was to suggest a couple of improvements, I would recommend a more pliable hose. Perhaps this will get less stiff as time goes on but right now it's difficult to hang. Also, I would like to see metal shower head/pipe connector rather than the plastic one that came with it. I can foresee this cracking at some point. Otherwise, I initially like the product. ****UPDATE 09-06-18*** I was correct. The plastic water diverter device cracked and broke. Less than 5 months old, used no more than five times. I am writing WaterPik after this to see about warranty replacement. This diverter needs to be metal, not chrome colored plastic. I will say however that I contacted Waterpik about this and they replaced the entire unit free of charge under warranty. Said the diverter was not available. I rate the customer service "5 Stars." I intend to see if I can locate a metal water diverter attachment that will work. I know this cheap plastic will break again
