Initially, I was really excited about this product and thought that I had finally found a good coffee machine for a decent price. I opened up the box, made my first brew, and it tasted great. The second time around, I decided to use the steamer. The steamer did not work and would not heat up the milk. I was a bit disappointed because I was expecting the steamer to work on a brand new product. I then used the coffee machine several additional times and the coffee started dripping out slower and slower. By the fifth time, the coffee would not brew at all. So now I cannot make any coffee and I cannot steam any milk after 5 attempts. Do not bother buying this product. It's not worth the headache. Returning and getting a better one.
