Came in a box of 5 mask individually packaged and folded flat. Not a mask that is made by a mold - so this is flat. Arrived on time but the box was squashed On the side but the mask were intact. A little Softer than my old 3m mask but it kept snug on my face. The metal nose clip helps with keeping airtight. Thin compared to my previous mask but holds its shape once applied to face. This is labeled KN95 made in China. Not a NIOSH approved item but better than a cloth mask. More Expensive than a comparable 3M mask I bought last February from a box store.
