This product ad is misleading, actually fraudulent. It is advertised as a WDF-4820, but it is NOT...it is model WDF-4821. What's the difference? The genuine WDF-4820 has a power cord that plugs into a holding base, then you simply sit the shaver vertically in the base! WDF-4821 has NO base! Just a power cord that plugs directly into the shaver. This causes 2 problems: 1=You have to pull & push the power cord in & out of shaver for each use...2=You have to lay the shaver on the counter...no nice neat base to hold it vertically!
