I cannot use this product because of the awful high frequency sound it makes when you use it. It's a little jarring to my ears, but my poor dog will freak out and run under the bed. It doesn't matter what room I'm in, it must be so piercing to her (she's a big dog) that she can hear it anywhere in the house and the poor thing will run and cower. I'm not spending the gas money to return this to an Amazon facility, so I'll just eat the money and never use this product. Fair warning to dog-owners or anyone who is noise sensitive. It really is a jarring sound.
