I wish I could recommend this book. It's an easy read and thoroughly researched but, after going through all of the steps with my wife, I woke up this morning completely alive. I even checked my pulse. At first I thought I'd missed something, so I asked my wife what was up. Apparently she is "uncomfortable" with the idea of moving on at this time. Only purchase if your wife is both capable of a capital crime and willing to accept the consequences. Mine wasn't. What a rip off.
