Terrible company. I bought 2 tablets at two different times! Trash! Error messages loading up continually and they won’t connect to WiFi. I bought the first one, it was great! I bought a second 2 months later. I saw when the company took they’re page down, it was right after me and my sister purchased ours. I was referring the Meize company to other family members. We waited on the page for this particular tablet PC to come back up. When it did I purchased a second tablet. I never got to use it. Error messages as soon as you turn it on. It wouldn’t let you connect nor go to any icons. The error messages made it useless. Watch the video. It is the right desktop installed but what they sent me was a tablet that had been returned. The last used date was still in the tablet. I notified Amazon that the company was selling returned damaged merchandise for full price. This is where the bull crap starts. The lady on the phone said she would send a replacement. I called back to make sure my credit card didn’t get charged again for a third tablet. Supervisor told me he was just going to do a full refund. This mess went in for over 7 days me trying to get my $$$ back for the second tablet that was damaged. I thought Amazon was coming to pick up tablet 2, no they were dropping off tablet 3! I call again talk to another supervisor! They tell me to keep tablet 2 and 3 was the replacement to tablet 2. Tablet 3 does not work! Same errors! I tried and tried I couldn’t get my $171 + back from them. It took almost a month to get back $161 of the original $171.00. I’m Stuck with 3 useless tablets that Amazon told me to keep. This is my story with the Meize company.
