The input button doesn't work at all and the power button only works sometimes. It's not a problem with programing because (1) I have programmed many universal remotes and know how to do it almost by heart and (2) the volume controls always works. Also I've only had this remote for two weeks and the silicone of the power button popped out. I'm in the process of returning the remote. Very disappointed and it's the worst universal remote I've ever owned. UPDATE: Think again if you want to return this package without getting extremely inconvenienced and irritated! GE forces you to go mail your package at a "valid" UPS Store by only providing you with a QR code that the UPS Store needs to scan in order for them to print your shipping label. It's absolutely ridiculous that I need to travel 30 minutes away to return this BROKEN/DEFECTIVE item to a UPS location in order to have them print the shipping label, instead of being able to print the label at home and drop it off at a UPS pickup location that is only 5 minutes from my house (which is how I've been returning amazon packages since 2013)! I've never been this upset and inconvenienced from returning a package!
