This is my third pair. Yes the third time I have purchased the Samsung Icon x 2018 version. The reason why I seem to be running through these earbuds is the fact that they do not maintain equal volume between the buds. If I go fro a while without using them I will get close to equal volume between the earbuds. But if I sweat for more than 20 min. during a workout. or I go out in weather below 40 degrees F. the volume in the left earbud will gradually decrease until the point where it is not noticeable in comparison to the right earbud. Considering the fact that these earbuds were purchased for the sole purpose to workout, the fact that volume does not remain consistent is not only annoying but has become a serious hindrance to my workouts. I like these headphones for the fact that I can store music on them and potentially run races without carrying my phone. I have sent Samsung a message in regards. But if this issue is not resolved with this attempt. I will resort to putting my trust in a different brand. By the way, my Samsung headphones have the latest update. And I have attempted to reset and update them to see if the issue is resolved.
