THIS IS A REVIEW ON ienjoybeauty. I am currently LOVING all of my TIL products. They have been a great addition to my hair care routine. I am giving this product ONE star because of the seller-- ienjoybeauty . I am sure that I would've loved this product! I was super excited to add this to my collection of hair care supplies. I was suddenly disappointed by the store owner ( ienjoybeauty ) who recently sold this OLD product to my mother. My mother wanted to surprise my sister and I with the Protein Hair Conditioner because she understands how important our hair care is to the both of us. When the product arrived we were saddened that the product was not as described. The product was suppose to be rich, thick and creamy and it was the opposite. The chemicals separated and we were not able to use the products at all. We tried mixing the product, putting it into the refrigerator, in hopes of it thickening up... NOTHING. Not only were we not able to use the product, the store owner (ienjoybeauty) did not return ANY of my emails. She refuse to acknowledge that she sent bad product. We were not asking for a refund. Just for her to fix the issue. And she didn't. I do not want to discourage anyone from trying the product. I highly suggest that you DO NOT purchase from ienjoybeauty. Completely unprofessional.
