Left analog stick intermittently sticks. Would have been easy for company to notice if they had any type of quality control. Filed for an exchange today. Hopefully the new one isn’t broken as well. I bought a NES 30 Pro last year and the left trigger started sticking about 5 weeks in. When I contacted 8BitDo for warrantied repair, they differed me to the reseller who refused to replace and differed me back to 8BitDo. They then ignored my second inquiry. So far I’ve invested nearly $100.00 and got two broken controllers & unfair treatment from the manufacturer. If you buy this product and you need to return past Amazon’s 30 day policy, only way your getting a warrantied repair is if you lawyer-up. Otherwise the supplier will do everything possible to avoid taking responsibility for their expensive, buggy product. It’s really is a shame too because the controllers really are fantastic in concept.
